The Country Club will form the heart and soul of the Swan Hill Village community. It will be home to the cinema, gym, wellbeing and doctor's rooms, computer room and activities centre. The large and inviting central lounge/dining room features a warm open fire place, dance floor and huge picture windows looking out onto the gardens. Adjacent to this area will be a community kitchen with servery out onto a courtyard, complete with barbeque.

A 30 person sound-proofed cinema can also double as a music room. Other activities rooms are planned to be multi-purpose rooms for anything from playing pool, cards or bingo to running hobby or art groups. A shop providing the essentials like newspapers, milk and bread is planned to be run by a committee of residents.

Meet friends and get fit in The Country Club gymnasium. The gym will provide a variety of equipment to increase your aerobic fitness as well as build muscle strength and improve flexibility.

The Country Club will incorporate a dedicated Wellness Centre with consulting rooms. This facility will be utilised by healthcare professionals other than doctors to provide for the additional needs of the community. Depending on the requirements of the residents, these could include massage, podiatry, reflexology, naturopathy etc.
