Facilities earmarked for the future development of Swan Hill Village include a Gym, Country Club and Wellness Centre. This stage of construction will begin after first 50 lots have been completed and will provide extensive services to the community.

Swan Hill Village currently has its first stage of 33 unit sites which are located adjacent to Alcheringa’s Aged Care Facility. Its close proximity allows for residents to take advantage of respite care and activities offered by Alcheringa.

Belah Mews now has its community facilities up and running, allowing for communication and integration between Village residents, enriching and enhancing their quality of lifestyle.
