House Styles
Swan Hill Village will offer architect-designed, modern two and three bedroom homes either:
- Within the majority of the Village (approximately 120 homes) made up of attractive streetscapes for residents capable of living independently or;
- In a dedicated 'assisted' living units precinct (approximately 30 to choose from) for residents who want to be closer to services and have their own community hall for meals and meeting others.
Swan Hill Village is a master pre-planned community. This means that all the housing styles and choices are designed and approved by Council before release.
- This ensures that you will have certainty as to the type of houses around you in your precinct of the Estate.
- This also means that you have certainty that the design intention of the development and the streetscape in which you live will be fulfilled.
